We first met up at Causeway point. While having lunch, we did some planning of what we were going to do, and also improved our script for the narrator.

Sherry filming people walking towards Woodlands Civic Center. This is meant for a few-second-long introduction where we plan to have a fast-forwarded scene of people (of modern Singapore) walking busily.

We changed a location because there's less noise. That's alessa unhappy that she can't remember her lines.

Then we moved downstairs where we filmed another narration for another section's introduction.

Waiting for the bus to get to Yining's house. Alessa and Yining all feel stoned.

And we're on the bus.

When we got to Yining's house, we did improvements to our reflection log and storyboarding and more planning. Later, we filmed Connie and Yining doing a "skit" sort of thing that we're going to use as an introduction for the video in general.


They were to end up quarrelling. The "skit" is basically an introduction and a view of the attitudes towards the learning of chinese in Singapore.

It was getting late and we all left soon.

The children are preparing to have their lessons! Ahhh! Aren't they just adorable?


We are filming the children having lessons! And that's Yining's sister, Beautrice there!

The two kids listening to what we have for them to do! And I think they're pretty thrilled when we told them we'll treat them to ice-cream.

We all had fun with the kids that day, and because it was the holidays, the kids were not having standard lessons, so we did not exactly disrupt anything. We're all glad that we got a couple of things done at the kindergarten.

Later that afternoon, the rest of us left. Nicole went over to Yining's house and they tried to improve the storyboarding and did some planning for our future meetings.
